CAISSE COMMUNITY CENTRE FACILITY CLOSURE:  from MARCH 15th, 2020 until APRIL 6th, 2020

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The RM of Macdonald has recommended that all recreation facilities close until April 6th to support social distancing measures and the impact of the Coronavirus on our health care system and our communities. We recognize that this is not an ideal situation but we all have a role to play to prevent the spread of the virus and this is the best approach. The Caisse Community Centre Facility will be closed from Sunday, March 15th, 2020 until Monday, April 6th, 2020.  This includes the Fitness Centre, Events and Programming.

With the exception of the Before and After School Program, which will be closed until Monday, April 13th, 2020 following the same policy/procedures as the Seine River School Division.  For information on Seine River School Division Closures, please click the following link button:

The RM of Macdonald and Caisse Community Centre will continue to rely on the guidance of healthcare professionals and will be monitoring the situation very closely.  If there are any changes or additional measures required, we will let you know as soon as we can.  We will re-evaluate the situation on April 6th, 2020 and advise everyone on whether our facility will re-open or remain closed.  For information regarding the Caisse Community Centre Facility closure, please contact:  Dee Romijn, Caisse Community Centre Facility Manager at dromijn@caissecc.com | 204-801-7629 or visit www.caissecc.com

The Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District has cancelled all their programs until the end of March and will consider postponing the start of Spring programs pending the evolution of the pandemic.  For information on Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District programs, please contact The Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District office at:  info@mhrd.ca | 204-885-2444 or visit www.mhrd.ca
