Macdonald Volunteer Service Awards Video

Each year, communities across Canada celebrate National Volunteer Week the third week in April. This week is now firmly established as the highlight of the year for paying tribute to Canada's volunteers. The RM of Macdonald celebrates the people who invest in their communities and inspire others through their outstanding volunteer work. The annual awards are presented in recognition that volunteers are of immense value as a resource in their communities and are essential to creating a vibrant, healthy municipality.

The Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District is creating a video by collecting short video clip "interviews" and pictures from different volunteer individuals or organizations in the RM of Macdonald as a tribute to the volunteers in our communities to be presented at the Annual Macdonald Volunteer Service Awards Reception.

If you have a video clip or picture you'd like included in future presentations, please contact Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District at: 204-885-2444 | info@mhrd.ca
