Barre Fit
Instructor - Tracy Tomchuk
A full body lean muscle toning workout using a combination of Pilates, dance barre exercise and yoga. It starts slowly and gradually builds up intensity in conjunction with vibrant music. Equipment is required for this class and the cost is included in your registration fee. The equipment is yours to keep and includes:
1 - 2 lb Weights
Looped Theraband
150 cm Theraband
Yoga Block
Franklin Ball
Equipment can be purchased from the instructor or brought from home. Just let us know. Chairs will be used as the barre for the program. Please bring a yoga mat. Please note: Students must register for the full 7 week program.
