Psychology of Eating
Clinician - Kristy Loewen

Let's explore how lifestyle changes can affect us as much as what we eat.  The focus will never be on what we are eating, but on how and when we are eating it.  This is the change you've been looking for!  We look at food as a symptom, rather than a problem.  The first session is mainly on stress and how it affects our bodies and how we can make small adjustments to help our bodies improve and how we handle it.  The second session will explore the 11 Dimensions of Mind Body Nutrition.  These points will show you how the non-food related parts of eating are just as important as what we eat.  The third session will look at intermittent fasting and how it can transform your health and weight loss without feeling deprived.  There are so many ways to do it that you are bound to find one that works!
