Summer Camp for Kids Aged 5 to 12 Staff

Now accepting resumes for Summer Camp for Kids Aged 5 to 12 Program Staff for future consideration for job opportunities that may arise during the months of July 2019 and August 2019.

Staff are responsible for providing leadership, ensuring safety of all participants and direct supervision of children in before and after camp and all planned activities. 

Applicants must be aged 15 and up.

Duties will include:

• Provide a safe and healthy environment, both physically and mentally, to ensure the operation of a quality Children*s program.
• Ensures children are aware of rules, and daily scheduled routines.
  
• Assist in the planning and implementing of the daily / weekly activities that fit the children*s needs and interests.
  Take responsibility for the quality of the supplies, equipment and materials.
  
• Make sure proper procedures are followed for sign-in/out of children on a daily basis.
  
• Direct or assist in the daily maintenance of the childcare area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
  
• Assume equal share of the regular housekeeping chores such as cleaning, preparing for daily activities and cleaning up after projects. 
  
• Establish a relationship with each child and know his or her present level of understanding; consider the needs of all the children and treat each child with respect and dignity.
  
• Completes all paperwork clearly and concisely.
  
• Remains up to date on emergency procedures and facility procedures.
  
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
