Accepting Late Sports Registration online

This season we're again using TeamSnap, an online management application, to manage our teams and registration for:

- Learn to Play Baseball & Softball (Caisse Community Centre Program)

- Macdonald Soccer (RM of Macdonald Program)

 * All registration / payment must be processed online through TeamSnap *

 

Sports Registration open online

 from Saturday, February 1st, 2020 to midnight Thursday, March 12th, 2020

 - Deadline for registration / payment is midnight Thursday, March 12th, 2020

(Late fees apply AFTER midnight March 12th)

- Late registration / payment will be accepted from Friday, March 13th, 2020 to midnight Friday, March 20th, 2020 subject to a late fee of $50/per family - no exceptions.

2020 Sports Patronage Fee Financially Supports:
- purchase of uniforms
- purchase of sports equipment
- sports programming administration
- year round facility and grounds maintenance upkeep

Please note:  2020 Patronage Fee is per family
If you have inadvertently paid the 2020 Patronage Fee more than once, the Over-Payment will be promptly refunded.

  Refund Policy

The Caisse Community Centre reserves the right to withhold 25% of the registration fee upon receipt of cancellation notice.  No refunds will be considered after the 60-day period immediately following the date of registration. 

Volunteer Requirements

On the online registration you can either:

A) Volunteer - Each participant must post a $300.00 volunteer bond (one per family) post dated for October 1, 2020 made out to Caisse Community Centre.  Upon completion of 3 hours/registered child with a max of 9 hours of volunteer time, this cheque will be destroyed. If volunteer commitment is not met, the cheque will be cashed. 

Coaches will be collecting any outstanding post-dated cheques at the first practice.

You can also leave your cheque in the drop-off box conveniently located in front of the Caisse Community Centre office.
  
Please be advised, registration is NOT complete until you have signed up for a volunteer shift (link was provided on teamsnap) AND your post-dated cheque has been provided to the Caisse Community Centre.

Intermediate - 6 & 7 year olds (2013/2014) $55/player

Age groupings are ages as of December 31, 2020.
 
Learn to Play is a revolutionary way of introducing the sport of baseball and softball to boys and girls aged 4 - 7 years. Activities are included which foster the involvement of ALL players, including players with high and low skill levels. The child will experience excitement, enjoyment and success. Activities and lead-up games are patterned after informal playground games that promise an hour of FUN and LOTS OF ACTION! Participants will go home happy and tired, while improving their fitness level. Season runs early May (weather dependent) until the end of June.

Macdonald Soccer is a recreational soccer league within the RM of Macdonald. Teams are randomly assigned based on ages of players. These teams are coached and refereed by parent volunteers for the sole purpose of a fun soccer environment for all involved.  Season runs early May (weather dependent) until the end of June.
