Summer Schedule (subject to change)

Tuesdays & Thursdays - 7:00 am to 8:00 am
Join Dee for a class online through the Zoom app and website. Register and you will receive a recurring meeting code and password to join the class!

Wednesdays - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Join Dee for a class outdoors (weather permitting) at the Caisse Community Centre Outdoor Rink. Please bring your own equipment.
(may move indoors to the gymnasium)


Pre-Registration Required for ALL Fitness Classes - $5 per person / per class
(registration/cancellation must be 24 hours in advance of each class)

Circuit/Interval Training:
Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low-to-high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. Class will include balance, cardio, core and flexibility training providing both low and high impact moves to get your heart pumping with functional exercises to build your strength. New strength and cardio exercises each class with different interval timers to allow for variety!
