Monday & Wednesday Evenings - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings - 6:00 am to 7:00 am

~ Pre-Registration is Required ~

Register and you will receive a recurring meeting code and password to join the class. Can't make the time? Register anyways, and you will be sent the recorded class to do on your own!


24 Classes (2 classes/week) = $125.00
 12 Classes (1 class/week) = $65.00

Circuit/Interval Training:
Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low-to-high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. Class will include balance, cardio, core and flexibility training providing both low and high impact moves to get your heart pumping with functional exercises to build your strength. New strength and cardio exercises each class with different interval timers to allow for variety!
