All in One Fitness Summer Session

Whether you’re a beginner or a more advanced fitness enthusiast looking to push yourself to a higher level, this is a fun and challenging class incorporating cardio, strength and flexibility. Individual attention from the instructor ensures everyone is encouraged to strive towards their personal goals. Please bring an exercise mat to class and mini loop resistance bands. Equipment is not necessary but recommended.

Classes will be held outdoors at the Caisse Community Centre Outdoor Rink located behind the facility. Please make sure to bring your water bottles! In the event of inclement weather, class will be held via Zoom. Details to follow.

Please note: There will be no access to washroom facilities inside the Caisse Community Centre.

*We are closely following the recommendations of Public Health and the Government of Manitoba regarding physical/social distancing and protocols to ensure everyone's safety.
