Founded in 1878, the town is one of the fastest growing communities in the province. Famous for its spirit, La Salle was selected as a top five finalist for the 2010 Manitoba Home Coming celebration.
Annually, the community hosts many events including a School's Out for Summer Dance for Elementary Students, Fall Supper, La Salle Fall Festival as well as Breakfast with Santa.
